ABOUT THE JOB

As Senior Manager, Growth Operations, you will lead quantitative deep-dives on high-stakes questions from C-Suite—structuring the analysis, building the models, deriving insights, and presenting recommendations—that inform major company decisions on long-range planning, portfolio prioritization, and resource allocation.

You will regularly engage with C-suite leadership, own the analytical rigor behind strategic decisions, and ensure that growth planning processes evolve as the business scales.

  • Build and refine planning frameworks, forecasting models, and analytical tools used by growth leadership
  • Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for executive audiences
