Key Responsibilities

▪ Serve as the primary AIN partner to US brand leadership across assigned RDBU brands, translating individual brand priorities, customer journeys and go-to-market plans into execution-ready initiatives and capability requests.
▪ Manage priorities across assigned brands, balancing brand-specific business needs, delivery capacity and shared AIN capabilities while identifying opportunities for reuse, standardization and cross-brand learning.
▪ Lead and coordinate brand marketing initiatives across HCP, Patient and KOL audiences, partnering with Brand Directors, Marketing Leads and cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic alignment, customer engagement and business outcomes.
▪ Collaborate with commercial teams, AIN delivery pods, analytics, market access, compliance and external vendors to prioritize work and deliver against brand objectives.
▪ Champion analytics, automation and GenAI-enabled solutions (modular content, workflow automation, production analytics) to improve operational efficiency, accelerate decision-making and enhance marketing effectiveness.
▪ Define and track KPIs, SLAs and success measures, recommending operational improvements and adoption strategies based on performance insights.
▪ Promote adoption of standardized processes and enterprise platforms (AEM/DAM, Workfront, SFMC/Veeva) to simplify operations, improve scalability and increase reuse.
▪ Establish clear governance, RACI frameworks, handoffs and knowledge-transfer processes between onshore brand teams and AIN delivery organizations.
▪ Act as a trusted advisor to brand leadership by identifying opportunities to optimize omnichannel engagement, improve customer experience and maximize commercial impact.
▪ Mentor and lead a small product team while representing product management in cross-functional governance and decision-making forums.

Required Qualifications

▪ BA/BS required; MBA, MS or other advanced degree preferred.
