Job Description
Responsible for driving results by providing leadership, development and coaching to a team of APWG sales managers and their employees.Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate critical skills of a leader including setting expectations, developing, coaching and motivating a team; include holding 1:1’s, team meetings, administration duties (e.g. PTO, time card tracking, performance management), ensuring brand
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent and minimum 5 years relevant experience.
- Series 7, State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) and State IAR registration (S65 or S66)
- Hold or obtain Series 24 within 120 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred certifications: CLU, FMLI, ChFC, CRPC, CFP
- Masters degree preferred
