Working closely with the brand and creative team, this role coordinates campaign timelines, briefs, assets, approvals and delivery requirements to ensure activity is organised, consistent and delivered to a high standard.

What you'll do...

  • Support the Brand Comms team with campaign planning, from briefs and timelines to channel and asset requirements.
  • Drive campaign execution day to day, keeping actions moving and flagging risks early.
  • Coordinate campaign rollout across digital, social, PR and retail so every touchpoint lands on time and on brand.

  • Prepare press materials and product information that are accurate and on-message.
  • Support PR agency and media relationships with timely communication and follow-through.
  • Coordinate brand events, launches and activations, from logistics and suppliers to on-the-day support.
  • Distribute campaign assets to media, partners, retail and internal teams, and manage asset requests.
  • Keep the asset library organised and current.
  • Build, QA and send marketing-led emails, coordinating copy and imagery with creative.
  • Pull performance data across email, social, PR and events into regular reports and post-campaign wraps.

What we're looking for...

You are a highly organised and detail-oriented marketing professional with experience in brand marketing, marketing coordination, campaign delivery or a similar role. Your strengths lie in managing multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders simultaneously, while ensuring every campaign asset, approval and deliverable is executed accurately and on schedule. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and are confident coordinating product launches, campaign communications and cross-functional marketing activities.
With a genuine passion for brand storytelling, content planning, PR and integrated marketing campaigns, you thrive in fast-paced environments, take ownership of your work and proactively keep projects moving forward. Experience coordinating creative projects, agencies, suppliers, PR initiatives or product seeding activities will be highly regarded. Above all, you bring enthusiasm for both marketing and the active outdoor lifestyle our brand inspires, supported by a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
