Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your tender management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, proactive, and adaptable teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in delivering competitive tenders and supporting our Regions in achieving their goals. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as finance, engineering, and operations), lead bid preparations, and engage with customers to ensure alignment with their needs and expectations.

You’ll specifically take care of managing key service tenders but also contribute to win/loss analyses and action plan follow-ups.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Participating in Win/No-Go decisions, Tender Gate Reviews, QCD reviews, and Tender Transfer Meetings
  • Leading the bid preparation process from the launch meeting to the Tender Transfer Meeting
  • Mobilizing resources to contribute effectively to the bid
  • Participating in customer meetings to ensure alignment and understanding
  • Ensuring compliance with Alstom financial rules and the use of standard tools
  • Contributing to win/loss analyses and following up on action plans
