Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with key clients.

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts through cross-selling and up-selling cloud solutions.

Understand customers’ business and technical requirements and translate them into suitable cloud solutions.

Work closely with Cloud Architects, Presales, Delivery, and Technical teams to develop appropriate solutions and proposals.

Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, presentations, and solution offerings to customers.

Manage the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification through negotiation, closing, and handover to delivery.

Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.

Conduct regular account reviews and identify opportunities for improving customer engagement and revenue.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms within company guidelines.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging cloud technologies to identify new business opportunities.

Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in the CRM system.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of sold solutions.

Follow up on customer issues and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.

Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and customer retention targets.

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

-3–5 years of experience in Account Management, IT Sales, Cloud Sales, or Technology Solutions.

-Proven experience managing B2B technology accounts and developing client relationships.

-Good understanding of cloud computing concepts and services.

-Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is preferred.

-Experience in selling IT services, cloud solutions, managed services, or digital transformation solutions.

-Strong commercial and negotiation skills.

-Experience managing sales pipelines and using CRM systems.

-Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

-Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

-Good command of English, written and spoken.
