- You communicate clearly in both Indonesian and English, in writing and conversation
- You'll test growth ideas, adapt quickly, and manage several projects across asset classes

You should be comfortable in a fast-moving environment and curious about testing new growth ideas. The internship is temporary, runs for three to six months, and requires onsite work in Jakarta.

We’re looking for Business Growth Intern to join our team! In this role, you’ll support various business growth initiatives through data analysis, market research, and campaign execution. This is a great opportunity for those who are passionate about fintech, investments, and scaling products through data-driven strategies
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Insights: Perform deep-dive analysis related to overall business growth initiatives
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on market trends.
- Campaign Execution: Assist in the end-to-end execution of growth campaigns.
- Competitor Benchmarking: Monitor and report on the product features and promotional activities of local and global wealth-tech competitors.
- Reporting: Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as TPV, growth rate, etc.
Requirements
- Education: Final year student or recent graduate from Finance, Economics, Business, Management, or a related quantitative field.
- Investment Literacy: A strong fundamental understanding of how ID Stocks, US Stocks, and Mutual Funds work.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (vlookup, pivot tables, data visualization).
- Growth Curiosity: A "growth hacker" mindset—you enjoy testing hypotheses and are obsessed with finding ways to scale a product.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment and manage multiple projects across different asset classes simultaneously.
- Available for 3-6 months internship period
