What you'll do
- Break down device and system requirements, then turn them into test approaches that can be automated
- Develop test setups and write software to automate test runs and evaluate their results
- Bring test equipment and control software into operation, characterize them, and document the work
- Prepare test plans, specifications, and reports, then run subsystem and system tests in cleanrooms
What you bring
- A completed degree in electrical or communications engineering, optoelectronics, physics, or a related discipline
- Strong grounding in analog and digital electronics, laser technology, optical communications, and measurement methods
- You work independently toward solutions, with close attention to deadlines and quality
Who this fits
This role suits an early-career test engineer with a relevant technical degree and a focus on laser and optical communications testing. Testing includes work in cleanrooms. LabVIEW or Python knowledge is welcome but optional; Matlab and OriginPro are also listed as useful.

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Analyse von Geräte- und Systemanforderungen
- Erarbeitung von (automatisierbaren) Testkonzepten
- (Weiter-) Entwicklung von Testeinrichtungen
- Erstellung von Software zur Automatisierung von Testabläufen und -auswertungen
- Inbetriebnahme, Charakterisierung und Dokumentation von Testeinrichtungen und Ansteuerungs-Software
- Erstellung von Testplänen, Testspezifikationen und Testreports
- Durchführung von Subsystem- und Systemtests in Reinräumen (Klasse ISO 5, 6 & 7)
Ihre Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektro- oder Nachrichtentechnik, Optoelektronik, Physik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Analog- und Digitaltechnik, Lasertechnik, optischer Nachrichtentechnik sowie dazugehöriger Messtechnik
- Selbständige, lösungsorientierte und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägtes Termin- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Erwünscht sind Kenntnisse in LabVIEW oder Python, jedoch keine Bedingung
- Kenntnisse in Matlab und OriginPro wünschenswert
