- A practical, hands-on approach and structured working habits in a fast-moving scale-up setting

- Understand the roles and systems of different teams to coordinate projects effectively
- Lead strategic and operational projects across teams, ensuring they are completed on time and meet goals
- Act as a sparring partner for strategic initiatives driven by the Directors
- Conduct complex analyses and independent research to support project decisions and planning
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas to improve business growth and profitability
- Communicate clearly and work well with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and steer projects effectively
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- Several years of practical experience in strategy and business development, or project management, ideally in a leading management consultancy, optionally also in a start-up environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Very good analytical skills and strong numerical understanding
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving scale-up environment with a strong, hands-on mindset
- Quick comprehension and structured way of working
