What You’ll Work On

  • Develop and maintain intelligence on Abbott and competitor pipelines, strategies, and positioning

  • Collect, interpret, and disseminate competitive intelligence across assigned segments; synthesize data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights

  • Proactively communicate competitive updates and insights to global business partners in a timely manner

  • Support development of strategic plans and long-range business planning initiatives,

  • Manage external partners to process and report data, including onboarding new datasets, defining data harmonization logic, and ensuring data quality

  • Analyze data using multiple secondary sources (e.g., IQVIA) to support business decision-making.

  • Driving competitive intelligence initiatives, including wargaming and scenario planning exercises

  • Building and automating reporting solutions and dashboards in Excel to enhance data accessibility and insights

  • Designing and delivering impactful data visualizations and analyses for key stakeholders

  • Developing competitor playbooks and educational tools to support commercial and sales effectiveness

  • Partnering with Global Strategic Marketing and Sales Training teams to create and deploy training content

  • Supporting innovation and continuous improvement in data reporting, analytics, and insight generation

  • Monitoring emerging trends in the healthcare landscape and translating them into strategic recommendations

  • Contributing to cross-functional, high-impact projects that shape business strategy and growth

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing with 4 years of experience or MBA with 2 years of Marketing experience

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into clear actionable insights.
