Sales Representative – IATD, Hungary (m/f/*)
The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Sales Representative for Industrial Adhesives and Tapes in Hungary, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
- Driving sales results aligned with customer needs and industry standards.
- Executing the Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division business strategy.
- Growing assigned accounts by promoting 3M brands and technologies.
- Managing OEMs, tier suppliers, metalworking, petrochemical, and other customers.
- Positioning 3M as the preferred industrial adhesives and tapes partner.
- Supporting channel partners across Hungary.
- Delivering product demonstrations and addressing customer inquiries and complaints with Application Engineering support.
- Organizing end-user activities, including webinars, with Application Engineering and Marketing.
- Coordinating between customers and internal teams to support smooth project execution.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Using CRM to plan, manage, and document sales activities.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Engineering background preferred)
- Technical sales experience
- Previous experience in industrial markets is preferred
- Proficiency in Hungarian and English
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
- Ability to work in a technical/engineering environment with complex products
- Advanced communication and prioritization skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Experience with CRM.
