Job Description


The Product Marketing Manager plays a vital role in driving and implementing market analysis for our software solutions tailored for workshop digitalization. This role builds the bridge between product & marketing/sales teams, providing comprehensive product understanding, market insights, and strategic direction to ensure our solutions’ competitive edge and effective market positioning.


Your tasks as Product Marketing Manager:


• Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to support product launches, market penetration, and revenue growth.
• Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives and work autonomously to shape product positioning and messaging across various channels.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and gather customer insights to inform product strategy and positioning.
• Create and deliver effective sales tools, presentations, and content to support the sales team in communicating product value and driving growth.
• Work closely with product management, sales, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on product vision, go-to-market plans, and customer needs.
• Develop high-quality sales collateral, blog posts, and other marketing materials. Collaborate with external agencies to produce expert content such as research reports, case studies, and whitepapers.
• Define and track key metrics for product marketing initiatives, analyzing performance data to continually optimize strategy and execution.

Your Profile as Product Marketing Manager:


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, combined with relevant experience in Product Marketing, Marketing Strategy, or Brand Management.
• 8+ years of experience in product marketing or a related role, preferably in SaaS, Tech, or Automotive industries, with strong ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities.
• Strategic, data-driven thinker with experience shaping product marketing strategies in structured environments and managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams to develop enablement tools and training is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Polish is optional.
