​​As a Social Media Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of curating engaging content that captivates and resonates with diverse audiences in the modern social media landscape! You will plan, conceptualise, and create high-quality, trendy, and impactful content across YouTrip’s social media platforms, with a key focus on video content particularly for TikTok and Instagram. If you’re passionate about video content creation and wish to grow in a fast-paced and exciting industry, we’ve got the perfect opportunity for you.

You Will

• Support the social and content team by formulating a content strategy across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook to drive brand awareness and meaningful community engagement
• Plan, research & execute content development in accordance to overall social media marketing strategy & content calendar
• Create, schedule & post weekly content for YouTrip’s Instagram & TikTok accounts
• Interact with followers and oversee conversations in line with the brand’s voice
• Stay up to date with the latest emerging platform trends and explore creative ways to create trendy, attention-grabbing, and culturally relevant content
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand performance and growth metrics to make necessary creative improvements to further optimise contents
• Actively participate in brainstorming and content ideation sessions

• A Social Media and Travel Enthusiast - The social space is your playground! You are passionate about travel , content creation and staying informed about the latest trend.
• A Versatile Storyteller - You possess strong storytelling and creative skills with a keen eye for visual aesthetics. You also have a firm grasp of basic video editing tools, and are able to own the entire process of planning, shooting, editing, and uploading content.
• A Natural Communicator - You have a good command of both English and Malay while possessing the ability to articulate effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
• A Proactive Self Starter - You have the ability to work well in teams and independently. You also have an open mind with a willingness to learn; you have a can-do attitude and are ready to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
