Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving growth of the Applied Water business in Singapore's building services & HVAC market, through proactive market development, specification influence, and customer engagement. The role requires a strong hunter mentality, with the ability to identify, develop, and convert new project opportunities, penetrate target accounts, and expand market share across consultants, developers, contractors, end users, and channel partners. This role involves identifying and pursuing high-value sales opportunities, conducting advanced sales presentations, and developing strategies to improve sales performance. The Sales Manager works closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Create and implement sales strategies
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Conduct market research and analysis

Account Management
• Manage and grow existing client accounts
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Upsell and cross sell products and services
• Address and resolve any client concerns or issues
• Maintain accurate records and reports of client interactions and sales activities

Product Knowledge and Marketing
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
• Promote and educate clients on new products and services
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns

Administrative Tasks
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts
