Who this fits

You’ll work across eight brands and build a TikTok channel and creator program that the company has not yet established.

From the employer

Content Creator & TikTok Affiliate Manager

On-site — Rochester, Michigan | Full-time

We're X UP Brands. We build and scale consumer brands. Eight brands, roughly 60 people across four countries, and we did $20M last year selling almost entirely on Amazon.

TikTok is the channel we've barely touched. That's the job.

You'll work out of our Rochester warehouse — where every product we sell sits on a shelf, in a box, ready to be picked up and filmed. You'll shoot content there. You'll build the creator program that gets hundreds of other people shooting content too. And you'll own the number that comes out the other end.

This is not a "manage the social calendar" job. This is a camera-in-hand, DMs-open, engage with other affiliate creators, ship-a-sample-today job.

What You'll Do

Make content (about 60% of your week)

  • Shoot and edit 15–20 pieces of short-form a week across our brands
  • Live in the warehouse — behind-the-scenes, unboxings, packing, product close-ups, "here's how this actually gets made"
  • Be on camera, or find and direct the people who are
  • Test formats and creative angles relentlessly. Most will flop. Find the three that don't and run them into the ground.
  • Build a library of raw footage the rest of the team can cut from

Build the creator program (about 40% of your week)

  • Find the right creators for each brand — the ones whose audience actually buys wellness, jewelry, health products. Not the ones with the biggest follower count.
  • Run outreach at volume. DMs, emails, follow-ups, a tracked pipeline you actually maintain.
  • Manage TikTok Shop affiliate: invites, commission structures, open and targeted collabs, sample seeding
  • Keep creators posting. Getting someone to make one video is easy. Getting them to make their fifth is the whole job.
  • Write briefs that give creators a hook and then get out of their way
  • Report on what's working: creators posting, GMV, top videos, what to double down on.

Requirements

What You Need

Non-negotiable:

  • You shoot and edit your own content for our brands' pages. We're going to ask for links to videos you personally made — not campaigns you coordinated, not work your agency produced. This is the first thing we look at.
  • You've run a TikTok Shop affiliate program — and can tell us how many creators were posting by month three and what it generated
  • You can be in Rochester, Michigan, on-site, five days a week. The product is here. The job is here.
  • You're comfortable on camera — as the face, or directing whoever is
  • You can hit volume. 15–20 pieces a week, consistently, without the quality falling off a cliff.
  • You follow up. Creator outreach is 80% follow-up. If that sounds tedious to you, this isn't your role.

Helps a lot:

  • TikTok Shop Seller Center
  • Creator research tools — Euka, Kalodata, FastMoss, Shoplus, or equivalent
  • CapCut, Premiere, or whatever you actually edit in
  • Health, wellness, beauty, or jewelry category experience

Doesn't matter to us:

  • Your degree
  • Your follower count. A 400-follower account with 30 well-made videos beats a 90K account full of selfies.

Benefits

What We Offer

  • $50,000–$65,000 base, plus performance bonus tied to affiliate program results
  • A warehouse, a studio corner, and a budget for gear — you tell us what you need to shoot
  • Eight brands to make content for, so you'll never be stuck making the same video twice
  • Direct access to the CEO. We move fast and decisions don't sit in committee.
  • Real ownership. Nobody here has built this channel yet. You'd be building it.
