This is a junior sales position with a primary focus on execution, prospecting, and relationship management. The role requires strong organizational skills, professional communication, and the ability to balance the core priorities of sales (60%) and service (40%) to maximize network value and drive revenue for RCI.

How You'll Shine:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

New Business Prospecting & Pipeline Generation: Execute outbound phone and email campaigns to identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities, specifically targeting smaller-to-mid-size resorts currently underrepresented in the RCI network. (25% time)

Sales Presentation & Negotiation Support: Prepare presentation materials, assist in the negotiation of standard agreements, and present RCI's core products and value proposition to key contacts (e.g., General Managers, department heads). (15% time)

Affiliate Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for a designated portfolio of existing resort affiliates. Nurture these relationships, address day-to-day needs, and ensure high engagement and adoption of RCI's core products and services. (25% time)

Goal Attainment & Activity Tracking: Meet specific, measurable individual monthly and quarterly sales activity targets (calls, meetings, proposals) and contribute directly to the team's overall annual revenue goals. (20% time)

CRM & Reporting: Meticulously track all sales and service activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress within the corporate CRM platform and ensure accurate and timely submission of activity reports to the Director. (10% time)

Strategic Support: Assist the Director of Sales and other senior leaders with research, analysis, and execution of strategic initiatives critical to long-term network stability and growth. (5% time)

Travel Requirements

This role requires significant business travel, typically up to 50%, to attend industry events, conduct in-person client meetings, and support the Director in optimizing client servicing and closing key partnerships.

What You'll Bring:

Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field or equivalent practical experience (5 years of B2B sales experience).

Knowledge and Skills: The employee should have a basic-to-intermediate understanding of the global timeshare, hospitality, and travel industry. Strong professional verbal, written, and presentation skills suitable for engaging with management-level resort executives. High level of energy, drive, positivity, client focus, and accountability necessary to manage a dual sales and service portfolio.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with all MS products. Mandatory proficiency in utilizing corporate CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) for activity logging and pipeline management.

Job Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
