Are you an experienced social media specialist ready to take your career to the next level? We're searching for a data-driven and innovative Social Media Specialist to join our team! This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours/week).

Your role: 📝
• Developing and implementing social media plans and strategies for clients and setting media KPIs.
• Managing social media budgets effectively and efficiently.
• Performing social media audits and competitive analyses to improve strategy.
• Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, including client services, creative agencies, and analytics teams.
• Keeping up with social media trends and best practices.
• Mentoring junior social media team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
• Participating in new business pitches.
Who You Are:
We're seeking a highly motivated team player with:
• 3-4 years of experience in social media marketing, with a demonstrable track record of success.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms.
• Expertise in social media advertising, including campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and reporting.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Data-driven mindset with a strong analytical approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A great team player who loves to work with various clients as well as partner agencies.
• Fluent oral and written Finnish and English language skills.
