Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Field Marketing Manager to own and drive our North America field marketing strategy. In this role, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact field marketing programs — trade shows, executive-level programs, and regional activations — that connect Workato sales and leadership with prospects, customers, partners, and our developer community to drive new logos, accelerate deals, expand accounts, and fuel pipeline.

In this role, you will also be responsible to:

  • Owning the strategy and end-to-end execution of events, experiences and executive program calendar across North America aligning investment to pipeline and revenue priorities

  • Partner closely with sales and extended teams including Demand Generation, Product Marketing to ensure the right implementation of programs to drive pipeline and ROI

  • Designing and leading executive briefings, roundtables, and account-based field programs in close partnership with sales leadership and the ABM team

  • Building and scaling our sales enablement event motion, including training, webinars, and workshops that arm sellers to drive pipeline for core sales team.

  • Leading regional field activations — dinners, sponsorships, and co-branded events with partners and customers — from concept through measurable results

  • Managing relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to deliver seamless, on-brand event experiences, negotiating contracts and holding partners accountable to scope and budget

  • Setting the standard for post-event reporting and pipeline attribution, delivering insights and recommendations to sales and marketing leadership

  • Building and maintaining the North America field marketing calendar and strategy, keeping cross-functional teams aligned and prioritized

  • Mentoring and providing guidance to field marketing associates/coordinators supporting program execution

  • Acting as a strategic advisor to regional sales leaders, translating pipeline and account goals into targeted field marketing plans

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • 5–8+ years of B2B field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS

  • Proven track record designing and executing regional marketing programs that measurably contributed to pipeline and bookings targets

  • Experience owning a field marketing budget, including forecasting, vendor negotiation, and ROI reporting

  • Demonstrated success planning and running executive-level programs (briefings, roundtables, advisory events) for enterprise audiences

  • Working knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) principles and experience partnering with ABM and sales teams on account-level strategy

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, and event platforms such as Cvent; comfort working with pipeline and attribution reporting

  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members or coordinators is a plus

  • Willingness to travel across North America as needed to support events (approximately 25–40%)
