What you'll do
- Run transformer RFQs and RFPs through pricing, proposals, and contract discussions
- Study U.S. power-market conditions and turn findings into business plans

- Align specifications and delivery with production and engineering teams in Korea
- Follow projects after signing, including manufacturing, delivery, and payment collection
What you bring
- Five to ten years in transformer or heavy electrical equipment sales, bidding, or business development
- Knowledge of U.S. utility structures, ISO/RTO systems, and grid rules
- Business-level English plus the ability to support communication with Korean headquarters
- Experience handling bid materials, technical requirements, and contract negotiations
- Self-directed work habits and strong communication across stakeholders
Who this fits
You’ll fit this role if you can work independently across sales, technical, production, and customer stakeholders. The position is onsite in Orange and offered as a contractor role. Korean and experience with ESS, renewables, electrical or power engineering, and SAP or ERP are listed as advantages. U.S. permanent residency or citizenship is preferred.

• Lead transformer bidding process: RFQ/RFP review, quotation, proposal, contract negotiation
• Monitor U.S. power market trends and develop business strategy
• Develop new business in ESS and related power/renewable infrastructure segments
• Coordinate with HQ (Korea) production/engineering on specs and delivery
• Track post-contract project status (production, delivery, payment collection)
• Represent company at industry conferences/trade shows
• 5–10 years' experience in power transformer or heavy electrical equipment sales/bidding/business development
• Understanding of U.S. power market (utility structures, ISO/RTO, grid regulations)
• Business-level English; Korean a plus (HQ communication)
• Experience with bid documents, technical specs, contract negotiation
• Strong independent drive and cross-stakeholder communication skills
Preferred
• Degree in electrical/power engineering
• ESS or renewable energy experience
• SAP or ERP experience
• Valid U.S. work authorization (PR/citizenship)
