Who this fits

This role suits an organized client-facing operator who can manage competing workstreams, present performance updates, and move cross-functional issues to resolution. You’ll work from the Chicago office three days per week, with some travel for onsite meetings, conferences, and other in-market engagements. The position supports Enterprise Partner Managers rather than owning the broader brand strategy and commercial relationship.

From the employer

The Associate Account Manager, Enterprise works alongside Enterprise Partner Managers (EPMs) to support Grubhub’s Enterprise restaurant brands. As part of a shared account team, you will own key day-to-day workstreams across operations, promotions, advertising, and client optimization, while the EPM leads the broader brand strategy and commercial relationship. You will play an important role in helping clients get the most value from their programs through strong execution, performance reporting, and ongoing optimization.

You will be an active, client-facing partner, participating in recurring calls, business reviews/strategic meetings and leading portions of those conversations related to your areas of ownership. A key part of the role is turning client needs into action by triaging requests, coordinating across internal teams, and driving issues through resolution.

The Impact You Will Make

  • Partner with EPMs to support the day-to-day success of Enterprise restaurant brands
  • Serve as an active client-facing partner through recurring calls, QBRs, strategic meetings, and in-market engagements
  • Analyze data to prepare and present updates related to your areas of ownership, including (but not limited to) promotions, advertising, and operational performance
  • Own execution, monitoring, optimization, and reporting for promotional and advertising campaigns
  • Partner with brands/locations to manage operational workstreams including pauses, cancellations, logistics-related issues, and account maintenance
  • Triage client requests and own cross-functional issues through resolution, ensuring clear ownership, follow-up, and communication
  • Analyze data to identify operational trends, risks, and opportunities and surface relevant insights to the EPM and client
  • Maintain accurate account information and activity within Salesforce and other internal systems
  • Support the launch and adoption of new products, programs, and initiatives
  • Support the EPM in executing growth strategies by helping clients activate, optimize, and measure relevant products, promotions, and advertising programs
  • Participate in onsite client meetings, QBRs, conferences, and other in-market engagements; some travel required

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or experience working with large, enterprise clients
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive work through completion
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and confidence working directly with and presenting to enterprise clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess needs, identify root causes, story tell through data, and coordinate solutions
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally to influence and make recommendations to clients
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Google products; Salesforce.com or similar CRM experience and JIRA a plus
  • Positive, solutions-oriented approach and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience working with or supporting restaurant partners a plus

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.
