From the employer
About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
As Growth Manager, EMEA, you'll drive capital-efficient growth across our EMEA marketplace; owning cross market growth and optimization initiatives end-to-end. This is a highly analytical, cross-functional role: you'll dig into data to find where growth is being left on the table, turn that into tested and scaled solutions, and enjoy the kind of ambiguous, hard-to-crack growth problems that don't come with an existing playbook.
Reporting to the Head of EMEA Growth and being part of a 3-person team, you will play a key role finding and closing growth gaps across the region, working closely with the Growth Product, Analytics, and Marketing teams.
What you’ll be doing
- Own goal-setting and efficiency tracking for growth initiatives, using data to find where growth is being left on the table
- Own growth budget efficiency and ROI — spot what's underperforming and fix it, whether that means reallocating spend, running a new experiment, or changing the process
- Partner cross-functionally with Growth Product, Analytics, and Marketing to scope, prioritize, and ship both new growth initiatives and improvements to existing ones
- Drive growth partnerships to success — spot what's not performing, and push the changes that fix it
Our humble expectations*
- Previous experience in consumer or marketplace business, product operations, growth, marketing, or management consulting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent with AI tools and comfortable weaving them into your everyday workflow.
- Comfortable moving between deep analytical work and cross-functional collaboration
- Genuine enjoyment of ambiguous, hard-to-crack growth problems that don't come with an existing playbook
