The Role
We are seeking a Coordinator to support business development efforts across our Entertainment Marketing & Advisory team. This role will help identify and develop new business opportunities, support client pursuits from prospecting through proposal development and coordinate cross-functional efforts that enable the team to win new business. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role designed for someone who is commercially minded, culturally fluent and eager to build a career in business development within the Entertainment industry. Working closely with senior business development leaders, this role offers the opportunity to develop client relationships, build foundational business development skills, contribute to commercial strategy and play an active role in driving the department's growth.
Partner closely with the Vice President, Business Development to support priority business development initiatives and develop strategic materials across the Entertainment Marketing & Advisory team. Support the development and execution of outbound business development initiatives by proactively identifying prospective clients, monitoring market activity and uncovering whitespace opportunities across entertainment, media, culture and brand marketing.
Maintain a strong understanding of entertainment, culture, talent, media and brand marketing trends, proactively sharing relevant insights that support client opportunities.
Draft strategic outreach communications, proposals, presentations and other client-facing materials that support business development efforts and drive new business opportunities.
Develop scopes of work, proposals and supporting materials for prospective client engagements, ensuring alignment with client objectives and commercial priorities.
Participate in client meetings, presentations and industry events, representing the Entertainment Marketing & Advisory team with professionalism while capturing key insights, documenting next steps and supporting follow-through across active pursuits
Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders and external industry contacts, building a strong professional network that supports future business development opportunities.
Partner with Operations to validate deal information within the CRM system, ensuring accurate opportunity tracking, reporting and forecasting
Prepare agendas, capture meeting notes and distribute recaps, action items and next steps to ensure alignment across active pursuits.
Partner with agents, specialists and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate business development initiatives, manage project timelines and ensure client deliverables move efficiently from concept through execution.
Operate with professionalism, curiosity, accountability and a proactive solutions-oriented mindset in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You Have These:
Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience preferred.
3+ years of related business experience
Strong interest in business development, entertainment marketing and commercial strategy
Strong understanding of the entertainment, media and cultural landscape, with curiosity around emerging trends, talent, IP and brand partnerships.
Excellent written communication skills with experience drafting presentations, proposals, outreach communications or other client-facing materials.
Comfortable participating in client-facing meetings and representing the department in professional settings.
Exceptional interpersonal skills - a collaborative approach and ability to communicate effectively at all levels with strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Highly detail-oriented, with a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work in fast-paced environments.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, solving problems and taking initiative.
Strong time management skills with ability to navigate competing priorities effectively while maintaining productive flow of work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; in particular Excel, Outlook, Keynote and PowerPoint

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Rate Minimum:
$60,000 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)Hiring Rate Maximum:
