About the Opportunity

The Project Manager, Creative Operations will be a lead member of this small but influential group. You will play a role in establishing the processes and relationships shared by business and creative partners. Running day-to-day processes across the brand and creative team, you ensure all work flows efficiently from start to end. Your goal is to communicate expectations, keep everyone on task, projects on deadline, handling the logistics, and ultimately creating an environment for outstanding creativity to thrive.

Responsibilities:

  • Review + filter creative briefs: In collaboration with marketing + creative team leadership, assess quality and priority of new requests, partnering with internal clients to gather vital information. (Critical thinking and strategic prioritization skills required.)

  • Manage expectations/communication: Meet with internal partners to learn more about new projects, give status updates on existing projects, and communicate any issues and upcoming checkpoints in a timely manner.

  • Handle project schedules + deadlines: Coordinate with multiple teams in ensuring the delivery of numerous projects, facilitating project needs, requirements, and timelines.

  • Manage resource allocation: Distribute assignments to in-house designers and copywriters, depending on availability and priorities.

  • Handle all contractor logistics: For overflow work, secure/lead freelancers, ensuring they have the resources needed for their jobs. Facilitate smooth on-boarding and invoice processing for our external partners.

  • Implement process improvements: Proactively create processes and efficiencies for the rapidly growing marketing team, facilitating better cross-team teamwork and project outcomes.

  • Manage job files and outputs: Maintain job files and the overall organization of team deliverables.

  • Manage and upkeep our internal Digital Asset Management (DAM): Ensure files and final assets stay organized.

About You

  • Have 5+ years as a project manager or producer in a fast-moving agency and/or in-house creative environment. Interdepartmental and global project management experience is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Experience with end-to-end handling both print and digital creative projects.

  • Strong time management and prioritization skills with experience balancing a high volume of projects at a time.

  • A demonstrated positive, solution-oriented approach to unifying and motivating project teams.

  • Clear and effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets. Experience in PM tools such as Asana, Airtable, Basecamp, JIRA, or similar tools is a plus.

  • Proficient and creative with AI workflow automation.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $85,000 to $114,000 annually

Incentive Compensation: WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.

Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits (subject to the terms of applicable plans/policies/agreements, which will be made available to you after commencing employment), including: 20 days of PTO, approximately 13 paid holidays, and 80 hours of paid sick time per full calendar year; 16 weeks paid parental leave; competitive healthcare benefits; 401k plan; and life and AD&D insurance.
