As Executive Manager, Growth and Acquisition, you'll lead a talented team focused on identifying high potential industries, uncovering new growth opportunities and helping shape Westpac's presence in key markets. You'll work across product, marketing and risk teams to deliver innovative customer propositions and create stronger connections between Westpac and the industries we serve.
You'll combine strategic thinking with practical execution, bringing ideas to life and helping drive sustainable growth across Commercial Banking.
This is a permanent full time role. Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country is the preferred location, however we're open to considering candidates in other locations. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

• Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams and disciplines
