Requirements
- At least three years of experience in on-site property management.
- Must have two years of Assistant Community Manager experience on an apartment community.
- Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
- Must be able to work on Saturdays with an alternative day off during the week, as needed based on property needs.

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; Saturday hours vary based on property needs.
