Who this fits
You’ll suit an on-site, customer-facing property role that combines leasing, resident service, collections, reporting, and marketing. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with at least one Saturday worked monthly or as property needs require and another weekday off. The role is based in Pensacola and requires background and drug screening.

Rate: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

Requirements
- At least one year of experience in on-site property management.
- Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
- Must be able to work at least one Saturday, with an alternative day off during the week, per month or as needed based on property needs.

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable.
