What you'll do
- Handle leasing tasks, including application processing, move-ins and move-outs, and resident relations

- Support community marketing and step into Leasing Consultant duties when needed

- You bring strong bookkeeping and organizational skills, plus clear written and spoken communication
- You can use Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or a comparable program
- You hold a valid Texas driver’s license

Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

Requirements
- At least one year of experience as an Assistant Community Manager in on-site property management.
- Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
- Must be able to work one Saturday per month.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver’s License.
