We are looking for a creative, technically proficient, and highly organized Video Producer with 3–7 years of experience in video production and a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI). The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking video projects from concept to completion, combining strong storytelling and production expertise with emerging AI-powered tools and workflows.

The role requires someone who understands the complete video production lifecycle and can independently manage projects while collaborating with creative, marketing, content, and other cross-functional teams. You should be comfortable experimenting with new technologies and using AI to improve the speed, quality, and efficiency of video creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end video production process, from concept development and scripting to shooting, editing, post-production, and final delivery.
  • Develop engaging video concepts aligned with brand objectives, target audiences, campaigns, and content strategies.
  • Work closely with writers, designers, marketers, subject-matter experts, and other stakeholders to translate ideas and briefs into compelling video content.
  • Plan and coordinate shoots, including production schedules, locations, equipment, talent, crew, and other logistical requirements.
  • Handle video editing, sound design, transitions, motion graphics, color correction, and other post-production requirements.
  • Create content for multiple formats and platforms, including social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, advertisements, and internal communications.
  • Explore and integrate AI-powered video production tools for ideation, scripting, storyboarding, image and video generation, voiceovers, editing, enhancement, and automation.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve production workflows, turnaround times, and creative output.
  • Use AI responsibly while maintaining quality, originality, brand consistency, and appropriate human oversight.
  • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines, creative standards, and production requirements are met.
  • Review and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on videos until final approval.
  • Maintain organized project files, production assets, footage, templates, and documentation.

Must-Have Skills

  • Video Production: Strong understanding of the complete video production lifecycle, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
  • Artificial Intelligence: Hands-on familiarity with AI-powered creative and video tools and an ability to incorporate AI into modern content-production workflows.
  • Strong video editing and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with professional editing and production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
  • Good understanding of cinematography, lighting, audio, composition, pacing, and visual storytelling.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated portfolio showcasing video production and editing capabilities.
  • Experience creating content for digital and social media platforms is preferred.
  • Experience experimenting with or implementing AI tools in creative workflows will be highly valued.
  • Ability to balance creativity with business objectives, audience requirements, and brand guidelines.
