You will collaborate closely with sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical roadmaps. Your role will involve deploying APIs, troubleshooting integration challenges, and optimizing performance to meet stringent uptime and security standards. Leveraging your expertise, you will also support preโsales technical demonstrations and postโimplementation training to drive customer success and adoption.

โข 1+ years of handsโon experience with API integration and implementation
โข Proficiency in RESTful API design, Swagger/OpenAPI specifications, and JSON/XML data formats
โข Familiarity with SaaS deployment models, multiโtenant architecture, and cloud services
โข Strong scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for automation
โข Experience with API gateways, rate limiting, and security protocols (OAuth, JWT)
โข Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
โข Excellent communication skills for liaising with technical and nonโtechnical stakeholders
