We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead and execute search engine optimization strategies that improve organic visibility, website traffic, search rankings, and qualified lead generation. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), a data-driven mindset, and the ability to translate search trends and performance insights into effective growth strategies.
You will work closely with content, marketing, product, and technology teams to build and execute SEO initiatives across technical, on-page, and off-page areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business and organic growth objectives.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, search-intent analysis, and opportunity mapping.
- Manage on-page SEO activities including title tags, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, URL structures, content optimization, and schema implementation.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues related to crawling, indexing, site architecture, redirects, canonicalization, page speed, mobile usability, and Core Web Vitals.
- Develop strategies to improve organic rankings for priority keywords and increase relevant, high-quality organic traffic.
- Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly content based on keyword opportunities, search intent, and SERP analysis.
- Plan and execute off-page SEO and link-building strategies while maintaining strong quality and relevance standards.
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates and proactively adapt SEO strategies accordingly.
- Track SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalent platforms.
- Analyze organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, backlinks, and other SEO KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive website SEO audits and develop prioritized recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on search engine developments, emerging SEO practices, AI-driven search experiences, and changes in ranking factors.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Proven experience developing and executing SEO strategies.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and local SEO concepts.
- Excellent knowledge of keyword research, search intent, competitor analysis, and SERP analysis.
- Experience with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of website architecture, crawling, indexing, canonical tags, redirects, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and structured data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into actionable SEO recommendations.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Good to Have
- Experience managing SEO for high-traffic websites or competitive industries.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
- Experience with international or multilingual SEO.
