Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, performance, and account management across key digital channels (Search, Social, Programmatic) for clients.
- Manage the full client lifecycle, from acquisition and onboarding to daily Digital Ad Operations and account performance.
- Provide expert advice, strategic thinking, and guidance to clients on all digital campaigns and delivery.
- Perform keyword research, creative analysis, ad copy writing, and campaign structuring based on business goals.
- Conduct creative and audience analysis, including A/B tests to develop winning strategies.
- Effectively manage various client accounts and budgeting requirements, optimizing for Return on Ad Spends.
- Perform scheduled data analytics and interpretation exercises using Excel and proprietary tools.
- Communicate proactively and manage time effectively.
- Provide strategic insights on landing pages and ad creatives for clients.
- Build, monitor, and maintain digital advertising budgets and track success metrics.
- Ensure quality and timely deliverables for client requests.
- Support QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) with the team/Account manager, including data support and QA.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of paid media experience, including search marketing and social media.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Science or Engineering.
- Possess strong analytical skills for marketing data, as well as innate curiosity and aptitude.
- Excellent written and spoken English is a must.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Meta Ads certifications are a plus.
