What you'll do...
Define the Product & Services Marketing Strategy
- Develop and lead the overarching B2C marketing strategy across Walmart’s portfolio of products, services, digital experiences, fulfillment propositions, in-store capabilities, and emerging customer offerings.

- Partner with Customer Insights & Analytics to uncover unmet customer needs, friction points, emerging behaviors, and whitespace opportunities.

- Lead integrated go-to-market planning across Marketing and business partners, establishing clear objectives, audiences, roles, timing, channels, and measures of success.
- Determine the appropriate commercialization approach based on the maturity, scale, and customer opportunity of each proposition, from test-and-learn pilots to national launches.
- Build launch strategies that accelerate awareness, trial, adoption, engagement, and sustained usage.
- Establish commercialization frameworks and repeatable operating models that improve speed to market while maintaining strong customer and brand discipline.
- Create feedback loops between launch performance, customer response, and product teams to inform continued product development and optimization.

Accelerate Customer Adoption & Growth
- Own marketing strategies that drive awareness, acquisition, trial, adoption, engagement, repeat usage, retention, and lifetime value across Walmart's product and services portfolio.
- Identify barriers preventing customers from discovering, understanding, or using Walmart products and services and develop strategies to overcome them.
- Partner with Growth, CRM, Media, Product, and Digital teams to create full-funnel customer journeys that move customers from awareness to sustained behavior.

- Identify cross-product opportunities that introduce customers to additional Walmart capabilities based on their needs and behaviors.

Lead Marketing for Customer Products, Services & Fulfillment
- Lead marketing strategy for customer-facing digital products and experiences, including the Walmart app and emerging digital capabilities.
- Develop marketing strategies for Walmart's growing portfolio of customer services, ensuring customers understand the value Walmart can provide beyond the traditional retail transaction.
- Shape customer positioning and go-to-market strategies for fulfillment and convenience propositions, including delivery and other emerging fulfillment models.
- Translate operational capabilities into customer-facing benefits and propositions that are simple, differentiated, and relevant.
