What you bring

A degree in automotive, mechanical or electrical engineering, or an equivalent qualification
Fluent written and spoken English is required for customer communication
Three to five years in automotive, including at least two years in quality
Working knowledge of analysis tools such as OBD or FFA
German fluency is an advantage

Your Responsibilities:

Coordinate customer complaints using quality tools (8D, 5Why, Ishikawa, FMEA);
Follow-up of the corrective actions established together with 8D team;
Approve and coordinate sorting in customer locations;
Monitor and maintain customer portals;
Be responsible to make the Risk Assessment: impact levels to customer, plant, Business Unit and Corporate;
Be responsible to initiate the Task Force Meetings based on assessed risk level;
Be responsible to know and apply customer specific requirements;
Monitor Customer Performance Rating / Score Card.

Your Qualifications:

Graduate in automotive engineering, mechanical/ electrical engineering or equivalent education, ideally with additional business skills.
Fluent English (written and spoken);
Fluent German (written and spoken) is a plus;
Knowledge of analysis tools ( e.g. OBD, FFA);
3-5 years experience in automotive;
Min 2 years experience in quality.
