Job Description

Role Overview:

Visa is seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Manager to help make the Visa brand a measurable driver of preference, trust, usage, and profitable growth across North America. This role identifies high-value growth opportunities for the Visa brand, builds the operating models and systems required to scale them, and enables clients and partners to activate them consistently across the next generation of payment experiences.

The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of brand strategy, product and experience innovation, client engagement, and business transformation. They will partner across North America Marketing, Product, Sales, Partnerships, Legal, Technology, and Global Brand to embed Visa’s brand earlier and more effectively in experiences that matter to consumers, clients, and partners.

This role will have a particular focus on strengthening Visa’s relevance and default position among next-generation consumers while supporting priority audiences and use cases. The Manager will translate regional brand strategy into actionable programs, scalable operating models, and AI-enabled governance capabilities that strengthen the consumer experience, accelerate adoption, reduce approval friction, and protect long-term brand equity.

Key Responsibilities:

Advance Brand-Led Growth Across High-Value Experiences:

  • Identify and prioritize high-value brand and product experience opportunities across digital wallets, fintech platforms, AI-enabled commerce, and emerging payment journeys.
  • Partner cross-functionally to embed the Visa brand early in experiences that drive consumer preference, trust, adoption, and business growth.
  • Translate North America brand strategy into actionable initiatives that strengthen Visa's relevance across next-generation consumer experiences.

Build a One Visa Operating Model:

  • Establish scalable operating models, decision frameworks, and governance processes that enable consistent brand implementation across North America.
  • Create shared feedback loops and ways of working across Marketing, Product, Sales, Partnerships, Legal, Technology, and Global Brand teams.
  • Leverage AI, automation, and knowledge-management tools to simplify decision-making, reduce friction, and improve the speed, quality, and consistency of brand governance.

Scale Brand Activation and Client Enablement:

  • Develop compelling narratives, playbooks, and guidance that help clients, partners, and internal teams activate the Visa brand across evolving payment experiences.
  • Lead enablement efforts supporting new brand standards, product-brand initiatives, and strategic growth programs.
  • Build repeatable adoption models that accelerate implementation, improve client experience, and increase consistency across issuers, fintechs, merchants, and strategic partners.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Visa’s brand is embedded earlier and more strategically in priority North America product, client, partner, and platform opportunities.
  • High-value brand and product experience opportunities are identified and advanced through a clear, audience-led prioritization framework.
  • Visa achieves stronger visibility, relevance, trust, and consistency across priority digital, AI-enabled, agentic, and emerging payment journeys.
  • Internal teams, clients, and partners can interpret and apply brand requirements more easily through scalable guidance, enablement, and self-service capabilities.
  • Brand approval and governance cycle times improve against established baselines, with less rework and fewer recurring case-by-case decisions.
  • Cross-functional teams operate with clearer decision rights, feedback loops, escalation thresholds, and accountability.
  • AI-enabled tools and workflows improve the speed, consistency, quality, and scalability of brand governance.
  • Brand initiatives demonstrate measurable contributions to adoption, consumer experience, preference, usage, client value, or business growth.
  • North America insights and recurring use cases inform broader brand standards, product strategies, and enterprise capability development.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
