Technical Support to Sales provides specialized technical support to internal and external customers including veterinarians, pet owners, farmers, consultants, etc.:• Evaluates product needs in accordance to customer's technical specifications.• Handles customer inquiries and education of products.
• Collects information on and handles technical issues and complaints, reporting these back to the company.
• May assist sales and marketing by providing technical knowledge and support, ensuring all marketing and promotional materials are technically accurate.
