What you'll do
- Handle department invoices and coordinate payments, vendor contracts and accounts for veterinarians and speakers
- Track stock and enter orders for promotional gifts and product print materials, then follow up on progress
- Prepare event materials and uniforms, and send press kits to opinion leaders and team members
- Build internal tracking spreadsheets, including forecasts, registration records, research and account management
- Support internal processes by staying in regular phone contact with the external sales team

- You are studying veterinary medicine, animal science or a related field, from the sixth semester onward
- You have intermediate Excel skills

Operational Marketing remain responsible for managing or performing work across multiple Marketing sub-families including:Descrição de atividades:
- Gestão de tarefas do departamento como recebimento e lançamento de notas fiscais;
- Gestão das contas do departamento (pagamentos em geral, contratação de veterinários, palestrantes, empresas prestadoras de serviços, etc);
- Gestão de estoque, inserção de pedidos (brindes e impressos de produtos) nos sistemas e follow up destes processos;
- Separação de brindes, uniformes, e impressos para eventos, envio de press kit para lideres de opinião e equipe;
- Apoio ao preenchimento, desenvolvimento e criação de planilhas de gestão interna; Forecast, planilha de inscrição, pesquisa e gestão de contas;
- Interface constante com o time comercial externo ( via telefone) para suporte aos processos internos.
Competências Técnicas:
- Graduação Medicina veterinária, Zootecnista ou áreas correlatas – a partir do 6º período/semestre- mandatório;
- Conhecimento e habilidades em Excel (intermediário)- mandatório;
- Experiência com iniciação cientifica, grupo de extensão ou empresa júnior- diferencial.
