What you'll do

  • Find public-sector and enterprise opportunities through procurement portals, then judge them against the products and priorities
  • Prepare and submit RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses that address requirements fully and arrive by each deadline
  • Build compliance matrices, make and explain no-bid calls, and write proposals for larger team deals
  • Review wins and losses to improve future bids, using an AI assistant for research, drafting, checks, and reviews

What you bring

  • At least two years preparing government or enterprise RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses
  • A bachelor's degree in business, English, communications, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline
  • Strong spoken and written English, with experience using bid portals such as SAM.gov or state procurement sites
  • Sound bid judgment, a record of meeting deadlines, and experience automating routine work with AI

Who this fits

This role suits a precise proposal writer who can assess lengthy bids, own submissions through completion, and work with little supervision. You must be legally authorized to work in Pakistan. Remote applicants need reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace.

From the employer

We're looking for a detail-driven proposal professional with 2+ years writing responses to government or enterprise RFPs, strong English writing skills, and the judgement to know which bids are worth chasing. You'll run our bid pipeline from start to finish: find and qualify bids, submit complete, compliant responses on or before every deadline, make sound no-bid calls, and write proposals for the team's larger deals. You'll use AI tools to research, draft and check your work faster.

About VIDIZMO
VIDIZMO is an AI software company, founded in 2009 and headquartered in Tysons, Virginia. Our products are Nexus, AI Intelligence Hub, AI Live Insight, and Redactor. Together they help organizations store, search, analyze, redact, and share unstructured data, and they treat video, audio, images, documents, and text as equally important sources.

More than 100 organizations use VIDIZMO in production across public safety and justice, government, healthcare, financial services, education, legal, manufacturing, and energy. Many run it on-premises, in air-gapped setups, or in FedRAMP High environments, on an architecture aligned with the CJIS Security Policy.

We sell directly and through a global network of channel partners, and public-sector bids are a key part of how we win new customers. VIDIZMO is an NVIDIA Inception partner, a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Data & AI, and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified. Customers can buy through GSA, Carahsoft, and state and cooperative contract vehicles.

AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot are part of how we work, and we expect you to use them well. Ownership is not negotiable: you check anything AI helps produce for accuracy, completeness and compliance, and you're accountable for the final result.

What You'll Do

  • Find public-sector and enterprise bids on portals such as SAM.gov and state procurement sites, and qualify them against our products and priorities.
  • Write and submit complete, compliant RFP, RFI and RFQ responses on or before every deadline.
  • Build compliance matrices and answer every requirement clearly and in full.
  • Make no-bid decisions when a bid isn't a good fit, and explain the reasoning to the team.
  • Write proposals for the team's other large deals.
  • Review every won and lost bid, and use what you learn to improve the next one.
  • Use Claude or a similar AI assistant every day for bid research, drafting, compliance checks and reviews.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, English, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • 2+ years writing responses to government or enterprise RFPs, RFIs and RFQs.
  • Experience with bid portals such as SAM.gov and state procurement sites.
  • Careful, precise writing, including compliance matrices and requirement-by-requirement answers.
  • A track record of meeting every deadline.
  • Sound judgement on when not to bid.
  • Experience automating your own routine work with AI, such as reusable prompts, Claude Projects, AI-assisted workflows or simple scripts. Tell us about something you automated.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace (required for remote applicants).
  • Legally authorized to work in Pakistan.

What Sets You Apart
You're precise, and no requirement or deadline slips past you. You can read a long RFP and quickly tell whether it's worth our time. You write clear answers that evaluators can score easily, you use AI tools to work faster without losing accuracy, and you take ownership of the bid pipeline with little supervision.

How You're Paid
You are paid a monthly salary and commission. Commission comes from 7.5% of what VIDIZMO receives on each deal, shared by everyone who worked on it. On a partner deal the partner keeps its margin first. Commission is paid the month after the customer pays, and there is no cap. Small payments come early for steps done properly, before a deal closes.

  • Pay mix at target: 85% salary and 15% commission.
  • Your share of each deal: 30% of the commission on every RFP deal won, and 5% on every other deal won with a proposal you wrote.

Benefits
Health insurance (OPD/IPD), separate maternity coverage, leave encashment, referral bonus, EOBI, yearly increments, provident fund, bonus, and clear career growth.
