What you'll be responsible for
- Working with our existing portfolio of clients in the Northern Tasmanian region to further understand their businesses so that you can retain and grow Veolia’s revenue and market share
- Working within a defined territory to develop and win new clients to add to your account portfolio
- A willingness to engage with the business and community sectors to promote the Veolia brand
- Working with your sales team and operations staff to understand exactly what you can offer and what solutions you may be able to present as options
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting short-, medium- and long-term opportunities while consistently achieving revenue, margin and KPI targets
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to renew agreements, strengthen relationships and introduce additional Veolia services
What you'll need to be successful
- Proven experience within a previous B2B sales and/or account management role - highly regarded
- Experience in developing new business
- A track record for maintaining and developing relationships with high level stakeholders
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in order to resolve issues, make decisions and engage with clients, major stakeholders and the community.
- Experience in CRM maintenance such as Salesforce is desirable
- Fully maintained and reliable vehicle with valid drivers licence
