Growth Marketing Associate - SCTE
Entry-level Growth Marketing role at Valsoft Corporation. Beirut · full-time.
Growth Roles summary, based on the employer's posting.
What you'll do
- Own the website, landing pages, blog, social channels and paid ads for both products
- Create distinct marketing for RepairQ's repair retailers and ServiceManager's OEM, 3PL and depot buyers
- Route inbound leads quickly, support sales with outbound assets, and refine copy based on replies
- Track funnel performance from site visits through opportunities and automate recurring marketing work
- Turn release material into short customer videos with product, engineering and customer success teams
What you bring
- Two to four years of hands-on B2B marketing across content, social, web and paid media
- Daily fluency with AI tools plus an automation you built that now runs independently
- Working knowledge of a CMS, ads platform, analytics and scripting or automation tools
- Clear written English for North American audiences and a bias toward shipping and learning
Who this fits
You’ll suit a hands-on marketer who can run multiple channels, work in technical systems and continuously automate repetitive tasks. The role is onsite in Beirut, full time, with about four hours of daily overlap with Eastern Time colleagues, extending work into the early evening. The Managing Director sets positioning, category naming and the ideal customer profile today, while you own how the message reaches the market.
From the employer
Aspire Software is looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to join our team in Lebanon.
Here is a little window into our company: Aspire Software operates and manages wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals. By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio.
What your day will look like:
You will own how we reach the market across both our products: the website, the content, the social presence and the paid ads. You will sit with the Valsoft marketing team in Beirut, with peer marketers around you, and report directly to ServiceCentral's Managing Director.
We are not hiring someone to do this work by hand. If you are still writing blog posts yourself, this is the wrong role. We want a marketer who reaches for Claude, Cowork or whatever comes next the moment a task repeats, builds the thing that does it, and moves on to the next problem.
Manual is how a task starts here. It is not how it should still look a few weeks later. You will inherit an AI marketing pipeline we have part-built, along with our brand voice, positioning and competitive research. Treat it as a starting point. We expect you to replace it with something better, and you will have the MD building alongside you while you do.
Responsibilities
- Own the website, landing pages, blog, social and paid ads across RepairQ and ServiceManager
- Keep the two products in two distinct voices. RepairQ sells to repair retailers; ServiceManager sells to OEMs, 3PLs and depots. A blended ServiceCentral message serves neither
- Run first response on inbound and get every lead to the right person quickly
- Build outbound assets and copy variants for our sales team, and iterate them on what actually gets replies
- Report on the funnel: sessions, form fills, reply rates, leads into opportunities
- Automate your own job continuously, and tell us each month what you took off your plate
Customer-facing release comms
We ship product improvements constantly. Working with product, engineering and our customer success managers, you will turn the material already generated while we build and test releases into short videos that show customers what has changed and why it matters. Product and engineering supply the substance. The customer success managers make sure what goes out is compelling and fit to put in front of a customer.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years in B2B marketing, hands on across content, social, web and paid
- Fluent daily use of AI tools, and at least one thing you have built that now runs without you
- Comfortable in the technical layer: a CMS, an ads platform, analytics, and enough scripting or automation tooling that "can we automate this" is a question you answer rather than ask
- Clear written English. Most of what you produce is read by North American buyers
- You ship. You would rather put something live and learn from it than wait for it to be perfect
Even better if you have
- Marketed a B2B SaaS product to SMB and enterprise buyers at the same time
- Worked in or around retail, repair, logistics or field service
- Built an internal tool, agent or workflow that other people ended up using
How we work together
Positioning, category naming and ICP are set by the Managing Director today, so you will be working to a message that is already defined. That boundary moves as you earn it. What is yours from day one is how the message reaches the market, and what the market tells us back.
Logistics
- Full time.
- Your day is shifted to overlap North America: expect around four hours of daily overlap with our
- Eastern Time colleagues, which means working into the early evening Beirut time.
