As a Trade Marketing Junior Specialist, you will play an active role in bringing global trade marketing strategies to life across key trade partners worldwide.
Working at the intersection of Brand, Commercial and Regional Marketing teams, you will contribute to the delivery of trade marketing initiatives with a strong focus on coordination excellence, asset precision and timeline ownership. The role offers exposure to the full execution lifecycle of trade marketing activities, from request intake to rollout and performance visibility.
This role is designed for a curious, execution‑driven profile eager to understand how luxury brands activate campaigns across markets, collaborate cross‑functionally at HQ level and work closely with some of the most influential retail partners globally.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Trade Marketing Execution and Project Coordination
- Actively support the execution of trade marketing initiatives across the trade partner ecosystem, including photoshoots, amplification activities, media requests and asset refreshes
- Contribute to end‑to‑end project coordination by tracking timelines, deliverables and approvals, ensuring activities are delivered accurately and on time
- Demonstrate ownership and attention to detail in managing day‑to‑day follow‑ups with regions, HQ teams and external partners
- Maintain structured and up‑to‑date documentation (calendars, trackers, reporting, guidelines) to ensure clarity, visibility and alignment across stakeholders
Asset Coordination and Cross‑functional Support
- Contribute to the coordination and delivery of marketing assets across material sharing platforms, supporting smooth workflows from upload to final rollout
- Ensure consistency, accuracy and brand alignment across materials, applying a quality‑driven and detail‑oriented approach throughout execution
- Support effective project delivery by anticipating needs, monitoring progress and flagging topics when alignment or intervention is required
- Assist with key operational processes linked to partner activation, including documentation, inductions and platform or profile setup
Reporting, Tracking and Visibility
- Support the collection and consolidation of performance reports from trade partners
- Contribute to reporting and recap documents across organic and paid initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, Retail Marketing, Project Coordination or similar roles, preferably within luxury, fashion, retail or FMCG environments.
- Solid proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a structured approach to tracking, reporting and documentation
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication skills and confidence working cross‑functionally with diverse teams and international partners
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a strong plus
- Agile and proactive mindset, with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities while maintaining high execution standards
- Genuine curiosity for wholesale, e‑tailer environments and how global initiatives are adapted and activated across markets
