Who this fits
This suits a self-directed seller who can create demand, build partner routes, and personally own revenue in a lightly supported environment. You will work with US healthcare and life sciences buyers while coordinating with European leadership across time zones. The role is based in Boston, includes industry events, and could develop into leadership of a small team within 18 months.
From the employer
Userlane combines Application Intelligence and Contextual Assistance for regulated industries. Application Intelligence shows where software creates cost and friction across the estate. Contextual Assistance helps people get work done in the moment, without training burden. We work with healthcare organizations across the US and Europe, helping clinical and operational teams work confidently in complex systems like EHRs and other core clinical and business applications.
This role leads Userlane’s go-to-market for US healthcare and life sciences. Most of our pipeline in this market comes through partners rather than direct outreach, so the role is responsible for building and managing relationships with EHR implementation firms, healthcare IT consultancies, and other technology partners. It covers both smaller, transactional co-sell deals and large, multi-stakeholder strategic accounts.
The person in this role sells directly and carries a revenue target. They own Userlane’s named healthcare and life sciences accounts in the US, from first contact through signed contract. As deals close, they document what works so it can be repeated across the wider US market. There is potential to lead a small team within 12 to 18 months depending on how the role develops, but the immediate need is for someone who can sell and build the partner relationships directly.
We are looking for partner co-sell experience and healthcare domain knowledge, rather than general enterprise sales experience alone.
