Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Key Account Manager to join our Danish office in central Copenhagen and make a difference at Kraft Heinz in the Danish retail market. You will be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level and will report to the Sales Lead Denmark. The delivery of sales goals will be your primary responsibility, building strong customer relationships and ensuring accelerated growth searching for new opportunities and improvements.
Your responsibilities:
- Managing customer relationships with customers and building strong partnerships and customer plans
- Owning the P&L for some of the largest Danish retail accounts, analyze and optimize ROI and having ownership of reaching financial targets from net sales to gross profit
- Optimizing assortment, distribution and rotation including securing listings of new products to reach growth ambitions and promo plans, preparing and executing the Annual Negotiations
- Managing Operating Plan for these accounts including planning & execution of negotiations, day to day business, forecasting, etc.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Category and Finance, Legal, Away from home (foodservice)) and external stakeholders to achieve ambitious goals

Your Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree holder (preferably in Engineering, Business or Marketing). A Master’s degree will be considered as a plus
- +5 years’ experience in a similar/relevant position in Key Account Management, experience from Grocery/FMCG Retail is a plus
- Other skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential
- Languages Fluent Danish and excellent English skills
