You will be leading internal forecasting, building joint business plans from scratch and prioritising sub-categories within your account based on robust data analysis. Above all, you will be doing what’s right for Kraft-Heinz, always considering the impact of your decisions on other accounts and winning for the team as a whole.

Selling with Impact and Insights and Analytics: You will be choosing the most relevant insights and recommendations to build engaging stories that deliver a strong message and address your customer’s needs. You’ll work closely with other functions to plan the future strategic direction of your account, including analysing market data and insights to identify new categories and white space that Kraft-Heinz can play in.

Executing the Commercial Plan: You will move with speed and agility to deliver solution-focused plans for your customer. You’ll engage in tough negotiations where you will have to think on your feet, take calculated risks and make effective commercial decisions under pressure. With resilience and perseverance will come mutually beneficial solutions for you and your customer – you’ll be able to share your findings and help advance your whole team’s abilities.
