Job Title: MEA Internal Communications & Engagement Manager
Location: El Tagamoa El Khames Commercial Office
Role Purpose
Leads internal communications across MEA and supports the planning and communication of employee engagement initiatives. The role partners with the leadership team, HRBPs and key stakeholders to shape clear, timely, and employee-relevant communication on business and organizational topics, while also leading the execution of the core engagement activities.
Key responsibilities
Internal Communications
- Lead the development and delivery of internal communications across MEA in support of business priorities, people updates, key campaigns, and leadership communication needs
- Partner with the leadership team, HRBPs and cross-functional stakeholders to shape employee communication on a range of business topics
- Advise on communication approach, including message framing, channel, timing, audience, and tone
- Draft, review, and refine high-quality internal communications including leadership messages, employee announcements, newsletters, and town hall content
- Ensure communications reflect company values, leadership principles, and communication standards
Engagement
- Lead the planning and rollout of the annual engagement surveys across the organization.
- Drive participation rates through awareness campaigns and stakeholder collaboration.
- Develop clear and impactful visual materials that communicate engagement survey results, highlight priority improvement areas, and support stakeholders focus on next actions.
- Manage a network of functional engagement champions across the organization to promote tailored action plans, engagement initiatives and stronger feedback culture, while tracking progress of plans ensuring accountability and providing the needed support.
- Plan and deliver employee engagement events and activities that support employee engagement such as townhalls, workshops and CSR activities.
- Manage the network of employee resource groups, including coordination of overall calendar of events and budgets for each group.
What you bring:
- 3–5 years of professional experience in corporate communications, employee engagement and/or organization culture roles.
- Skills in design/layout tools (Adobe Express Creative Suite) and multimedia content production (video scripting or editing).
- Excellent facilitation, presentation and storytelling skills.
- Strong writing, detailed editing, and copywriting skills with demonstrated ability to adapt tone for different audiences and channels.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- High level of emotional intelligence, discretion in handling sensitive or confidential matters.
