The Creative Studio develops design, brand identities, and marketing campaigns that support our agents and elevate Compass and its affiliate brands. We partner across the business to advance strategic initiatives and raise the standard of creative excellence company-wide.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced and versatile Creative Producer to lead complex creative initiatives across Compass and its leading affiliate brands. You'll partner with internal leaders across Strategy, Communications, Product, and other functions, as well affiliate marketing executives, to bring campaigns, product launches, and brand experiences to fruition. Success in this role requires exceptional project leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate competing priorities while balancing speed, quality, and business objectives.

You'll translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, align cross-functional stakeholders, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and continuously improve the way creative work is planned and delivered. This role requires strong stakeholder management, institutional knowledge, and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.

In this role you will: 

Lead Creative Production

  • Lead the production of integrated marketing campaigns and strategic creative initiatives from concept through delivery.
  • Partner with internal leaders across functions and brokerage marketing teams to translate business priorities into creative execution, aligning stakeholders and setting expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Bring a strong creative point of view to projects, communicating concepts, ideas, and brand standards with clarity and confidence.
  • Handle production escalations and bottlenecks through proactive problem-solving, balancing speed, quality, and business objectives.

Project Manage  

  • Define project plans, production schedules, milestones, and resource needs for complex creative initiatives, ensuring projects remain on track from kickoff through launch.
  • Translate complex business objectives into clear action plans, balancing competing priorities while proactively managing dependencies and mitigating risks.
  • Maintain initiative roadmaps, project trackers, and status communications to ensure alignment and visibility across stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market planning, launch execution, and customer communications.
  • Measure and communicate the success of creative initiatives against established company goals by analyzing performance data, synthesizing insights, and sharing post-launch recommendations that inform future creative work.

Manage Stakeholders

  • Serve as the single point of accountability for internal teams and brokerage marketing teams throughout the lifecycle of creative initiatives.
  • Plan, lead, and execute concurrent cross-functional workflows, ensuring an effective exchange of information, feedback, and deliverables. 
  • Build trusted relationships across Strategy, Product, Communications, and Brokerage Marketing teams to ensure creative solutions consider the needs of all impacted stakeholders.
  • Lead stakeholder and customer feedback loops, synthesizing insights into actionable next steps that strengthen creative outcomes. 

Improve Processes 

  • Continuously evaluate creative workflows and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Partner with the Creative Resourcing team to optimize resource planning, workload balancing, project operations, and performance reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5-7 years of experience in creative production, marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of the creative process and experience working in a creative in-house or agency environment.
  • A strategic thinker who can translate complex business objectives into clear, actionable creative plans.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience building trusted cross-functional relationships and driving alignment across teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing multiple complex initiatives from concept through launch.
  • Experience using data and performance insights to measure success, optimize creative outcomes, and inform future work.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with confidence presenting creative concepts and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities, embracing feedback, and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Compensation & Perks

  • Salary Range: Base pay of $90,000 - $126,000 annually (varies based on experience and skills). Bonuses and restricted stock units (RSUs) may be provided as part of the total package.
