We are currently assisting a growing U.S.-based B2B SaaS company in hiring an experienced HubSpot Marketing Operations Specialist to support and optimize its marketing infrastructure.
The role will focus on improving the company’s CRM, marketing automation, campaign execution, lead management, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, provide strategic input, and execute directly in HubSpot with minimal training.
The initial workload will be approximately 10–15 hours per week, with potential for future growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
- Build workflows for automation, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and inbound routing.
- Manage contacts, email lists, segmentation, and data hygiene.
- Create landing pages, forms, email campaigns, and webinar workflows.
- Build dashboards and reports to track funnel performance and marketing ROI.
- Create dynamic audiences for advertising platforms.
- Support WordPress-related marketing activities.
- Recommend process improvements and communicate directly with the client.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience.
- Strong knowledge of Marketing Hub, CRM administration, workflows, and automation.
- Experience with lifecycle stages, lead scoring, routing, segmentation, and reporting.
- Background supporting B2B companies, preferably SaaS or software businesses.
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients or companies.
- Experience with landing pages, forms, email campaigns, and webinars.
- WordPress experience is preferred.
- Fluent English and strong communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Available for 10–15 hours per week.
