Job Description
- Managing assigned accounts/relationships, ensuring all credit facilities are fully utilized.
- Monitoring the performance of each account, identifying areas where improvements can be made and implementing measures to enhance profitability.
- Cross selling other bank’s products such as investment banking, treasury and insurance.
- Growing existing customers’ relationship by providing them with quality banking services and attending to their needs promptly.
- Responding quickly to customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Building strong relationships with key decision makers within each account to understand their needs and preferences.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies when managing accounts.
- Preparing regular reports to track progress and identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Keeping abreast of market developments and trends to better serve customers.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Finance / Business Administration / Economics / Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in banking, preferably in corporate or commercial banking.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long term relationships.
- Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- Experience in dealing with senior management level executives.
- Confident, articulate and able to work under pressure.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Good knowledge of financial markets and products.
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
