What you'll do

- Strong SQL and database ability, preferably using Oracle, plus knowledge of banking finance concepts
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, finance, or a related discipline

We are looking for an experienced OFSAA Implementation Consultant with strong expertise in EPM, PFT, and FTP modules to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong banking domain knowledge and hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end OFSAA implementation projects across banking and financial services clients.
- Work extensively on OFSAA EPM (Enterprise Performance Management), PFT (Profitability Management), and FTP (Funds Transfer Pricing) modules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Configure OFSAA applications and perform data mapping, data sourcing, and metadata configuration.
- Develop and execute implementation strategies, integration flows, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, data teams, and project managers for successful delivery.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, testing, and production support activities.
- Support UAT, SIT, and post-production stabilization.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal governance standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, design documents, and implementation runbooks.
Requirements
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Oracle OFSAA implementation projects.
- Hands-on expertise in:
- EPM (Enterprise Performance Management)
- PFT (Profitability Management)
- FTP (Funds Transfer Pricing)
- Experience in OFSAA architecture, configuration, and deployment.
- Strong SQL and database skills (Oracle preferred).
- Experience in ETL/data integration and data mapping.
- Good understanding of banking finance concepts, GL, profitability, treasury, and risk systems.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle Banking products and financial reporting systems.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices is an added advantage.
- Experience in performance tuning and batch optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
- Relevant OFSAA certifications are an advantage.
Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in OFSAA implementation projects.
- Banking or financial services domain experience is mandatory.
