Your responsibilities

• Contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs d’Uniper en favorisant des partenariats rentables et en menant à bien des acquisitions, en mettant l’accent sur des portefeuilles de projets solaires et éoliens à grande échelle, conformément aux objectifs de croissance stratégiques en France.

• Identifier et établir des relations avec des partenaires externes, notamment des développeurs, des conseillers financiers et des investisseurs potentiels.

• Élaborer et évaluer des dossiers d’investissement, coordonner les processus de due diligence et participer aux négociations relatives à l’acquisition de projets, aux co-développements, aux fusions ou aux coentreprises.

• Gérer les projets depuis leur conception jusqu’à leur mise en chantier, tout en se tenant informé des évolutions techniques, réglementaires et du marché.

• Réaliser une évaluation préliminaire des contraintes à l’aide d’outils SIG internes.

Your profile

• Expérience dans le développement des énergies renouvelables et/ou les fusions-acquisitions.

• Maîtrise de la modélisation financière, des outils d’évaluation de projets de type GIS et de la structuration de transactions.

• Solides compétences en gestion de projets et de transactions, avec la capacité à gérer des processus complexes et à respecter des délais critiques.

• Compréhension approfondie du développement de projets à grande échelle, y compris les processus d’obtention de permis et d’acquisition foncière.

• Solides compétences relationnelles et de communication pour représenter l’entreprise de manière positive auprès des parties prenantes et des acteurs externes.

• Esprit d’apprentissage continu, avec la capacité à s’épanouir dans des environnements dynamiques.

• Disponibilité pour voyager et collaborer au sein d’équipes diversifiées et multiculturelles.

Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (la maîtrise d’autres langues est un atout).
