Relevant Experiences
- 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience; experience in Personal Care, Beauty and Wellbeing or another high-involvement FMCG category is advantageous
- Proven experience developing and executing integrated brand marketing plans and campaigns
- Experience managing innovation, renovation or product-launch projects on time and in full
- Experience working with media, creative, social, public relations and shopper agencies
- Strong cross-functional experience with Customer Development, Customer Strategy and Planning, Consumer and Market Insights, Finance, Supply Chain and R&D
- Experience analysing brand, category and shopper data and translating it into practical action
- Project and budget management experience; working knowledge of brand P&L drivers
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related discipline preferred
- Digital, social commerce, e-commerce or alternate-channel experience is highly valued
